As part of every installation, we’ll take care of everything once you’re up and running. You will get a single bill from us, and we’ll handle:
- Provision and billing of upgrades (revenue share).
- 24/7 monitoring and support of the network and all network devices
- Technical support for residents from our experienced and professional fulfillment team
- On-site replacement of any failed network device

Once everything is installed, we will make sure your network stays up and running. We’ll handle all individual billing to residents for any services they sign up for, and send you one easy bill for the Internet connectivity.
